1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, downloading, or using WooWoo (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Description of the Service & Philosophical Scope

WooWoo is an independent, offline-first astronomical and natural calendar utility designed to:

1. Provide mathematical cross-referencing between the Gregorian calendar (12-month societal system) and the 13 Moon / 28-day perpetual natural synchronometer.
2. Provide synodic astronomical lunar phase calculations, radial plasma archetypes, and feminine rhythm reflections.
3. Facilitate dual-schedule planning (e.g. tracking societal commitments such as flights and corporate appointments alongside natural cosmic cycles) via client-side RFC 5545 .ics interoperability.

3. License & Intellectual Property

User License: You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use WooWoo on your personal devices.

Intellectual Property & Open Innovation: All original branding, visual layouts, procedural audio synthesis routines, and mathematical algorithms are created by Eugenio Nerelli. The foundational 13 Moon mathematical system is recognized as part of universal sacred geometry and open cosmological heritage.

4. Wellness & Astronomical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Holistic Wellness Context: WooWoo provides archetypal reflections, historical Mayan 13:20 cosmological correspondences, and lunar phase information for creative inspiration, spiritual grounding, and scheduling mindfulness.

No Medical Guarantee: WooWoo is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical contraceptive method. It does not replace medical advice from licensed physicians or gynecologists.

Societal Time Accountability: While the Application highlights the philosophical concept of natural time versus societal constructs, you remain solely responsible for timely arrival at flights, trains, legal appointments, and professional commitments.

5. Offline Guarantee & Data Security

WooWoo operates strictly client-side. The Application publisher does not possess or store backups of your calendar entries. You are responsible for exporting standard .ics backup files of your sessions should you switch devices or clear your browser cache.

6. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by European Consumer Law:

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• In no event shall the developer, Eugenio Nerelli, be liable for missed flights, scheduling delays, lost business opportunities, or incidental damages arising from your reliance on calendar projections.
• Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
